Circuit City ripoff rebates from Circuit City ripoff Nashua New Hampshire

I bought a laptop computer, plus router, cable box and Vonage phone service. All came with rebates. It is almost a year and I have not received all the rebates totaling between $300---$400. I called several times and all I get is they will look into it.
