I bought an Onkyo Receiver and it was a customer return. I paid a New Price for it and I expected a new product. I cut my CC credit card up and returned it with the item. I will never buy from them again. If you make a purchase from CC...please make them open the box.

Circuit City employees on here in the past have vehemently denied the many allegations that they package used products as new (Our inventories wouldn't tie out, it's impossible to do that, blah blah blah).

What a bunch of losers.
