Citi Residential - Citibank Refuses to help me with a Subprime Loan because I have made my payments Santa Ana California

I have been my home for 25 years and have been a responsible Mortgage holder. This loan originally written by Town & Country and sold to AMAC which was then bought out by Citi. It was not until I went to refinance at the end of three years when the loan was to roll from a fixed rate to a variable that I discovered the doc's was not what I had originally agreed to. Not only was the loan type improperly disclosed in the pre-loan packet, but fell short by $3,000.00 in fees from being a Section 32 High Cost loan and packed with junk fees. In the State of California this is considered predatory. Citi Residential refuses to help me unless I become two or more payments in the rears and then they still will probly not help because they said "She makes her payments". If I were to refinance they tell me I don't make enought money to qualify. That doesn't make any sence to me. If I'm making my payments of $2200.00 a month now, why wouldn't I be able to make them if I refinanced and my payment and interest would be less? If anyone is interested in filing a class action or has already filled a class action, please contact me.
