Clear Vision Failed to Provide what I purchased Henderson Nevada

Order glasses with Bifocal, Anti Glare, Poly Light Weight and Transition lenses. 3/7/18 total cost $302.00 using my own frames.

Dropped off my frames with old lenses. 4/7/18 picked up new glasses, returned them two days later as there was a reflection of things behind me in the corners of the lenses.  They took them back to the Lab for adjustment, or so they said.  They called and said then problem was corrected 2 additional times which was not the case.  I asked them to just put my old lenses back in but was told two different reasons as to why they could not do so. Unable to use these glasses.
