After looking up Todd Parker on the internet, I found he has been doing this same thing for years.  It is a shame this man Jim Ellis and everyone who lies with him are not in jail (including the companies who do business with him and know what a crook he is!!)

My story is pretty common news here.  I purchased 50 candy machines from a company out of Long Island, NY.  After my initial purchase I was contacted by Joe, Vice President of the company, who informed me a super deal had just landed in his lap and basically today was my lucky day.  Unfortunately it turned out to be one of the unluckiest days ever.

This super deal was some lady had bought a very large amount of machines and had a locating company to find locations.  This company was Secure Placement.  Apparently this "woman" (bogus Im sure)had to back out at the last minute and left Secure holding on to some 300+ locations. I was offered this great deal on additional machines if I took these locations.  Yes, I fell for it HOOK, LINE and SINKER!!!!!  Mr. Parker called me to verify what I was being told by so I bought.  I sent and Parker an obscene amount of money.

I was lied to from the first call I made starting with the candy company, Joe and ending with Todd Parker (also Jim Ellis). Mr. advised there were all these locations  THERE ARE NO SECURED LOCATIONS!  The locator that was sent to me informed me this is a very common selling point for this company.  Mr. Parker guaranteed me 3 dollars a day or he would buy my machines from me.  I dont think I have even been able to contact Parker since he sent the locators to me.  These locators also told me Parker instructed them to get in and out and just put the machines any where they could.  I believe the locators were upset with Parker and didnt mind ratting him out.

For the last six months I have been investigating these people.  I have spoken with several other vendors who were all told the same story.  I have and Parker telling the same story on tape as do some vendors.

If you have any information on Todd Parker, Go to your Attorney General, FTC or local FBI.  He is being looked for by the FBI.  He has got to be caught and stopped from robbing people of their hard earned money!  Help if you can.
