I recently purchased a large amount of bulk vending machines from a company in New York. I was referred to a company called Secure Placement. Todd Parker was the name given to me by the Vice President of the company.
I signed a contract with Mr. Parker to place my vending machines. The job was poorly done and Mr. parker is no where to be found now that he has all my money.
I wish I had done my research before signing with Secure Placement. As it turns out, Todd Parker is an alias used by Jim Ellis. Secure Placement is only 1 of many companies opened and closed by Jim Ellis. Mr. Ellis has been shut down by the FTC to do any business, especially in the state of Illinois. Look up Vending Dreams and/or Jim Ellis and you will find many complaints. Funny though, there is always some different names or references giving the thumbs up to use this company.
People - this company is being sought by the FBI. Any information, please report to your local agency. W
Why hasnt this person been caught and placed in jail along with his cohorts.

I have been in touch with a lot of people who have been burned by Mr. Jim Ellis, Todd Parker, Patrick Cosgrove, Susan Davis, Susan Ellis. These people have tons of alias's.
I have heard Mr. Ellis is running under Energy Marketing, Secure Placement, Secure Vend. He and his "staff" have also been Clear Vision, MAP (Marketing and Promotions) Vend Smart, Vending Dreams and Elite Vending.
People, I have spoke with so many customers who all lost a lot of money doing business with this group and unfortunately, everyone was given the same story by the same people (vice president and Todd Parker). They must be working the scam together.
I am doing my homework and will continue to update. I am also speaking with the Attorney General's office as well as the FBI. What is happening is against the law. If you have any information, post it or seek it legally.
This has got to stop. They are getting rich and what did we get?
