secure placement company did not respond / answer my email regarding relocating my vending machine, they rip me off northport internet, Alabama

I purchased fifteen elite  vending machine( bulk candy) from vendstar to make an extra money. since i am new to this business, i asked the vendstar company if they have any preference to locate my candy vending machines on the location. finally, the sales person advised me to contact with secure placement company. on may 12 secure placement company sent somebody from new york. that person drove from new york to my house ( virginia) he arrived about 1.45 pm and searched for location to place my vending machines. after searching the locations, he came to my house about 5 pm. and showed me the locations listing. at this time thunderstorm was in my area. he just gave me a tour to the locations and told me to place all the machines next day because he had to go back to new york. i paid him rest 50% of the fees and he gave me a so called warranty code. next day i put my 15 machines on the locations. after one month two of my machines were locked up due to the business closing.

i had to wait two months to get back my machines from the locations. two of the location owner called me to pick up my machine because their company does not want to keep my machines any more. (corporate decision) now i had 11 machines on the locations. five of them only making less than five dollars a month. i have paid 6000.00 dollars for 15 machines. I have emailed them many times, called them many times, they never answered me. I have paid them  750.00 dollars to place my vending machines on the locations. This company gave me a warranty code and they supposed to re-locate my machines on better locations as they stated on the warranty but never, never called me/ help me to relocate the machines. now i have five machines in my house just sitting around. My suggestion is that, do not use this company/ their service because they will rip you off, just take your money, they should be punished by the law. i have filled a complaint with BBB and they have not got any response from this company. i have just lost my hard earn money.I will never get any service from them.
