I purchased in good faith two products they where offering and thought the prices where just great (to good to be true). I looked and saw all of these great old shows.
I made my selections (Manix and JAG), this was on Nov 23,2009 @ 5pm est. I received a e-amil stating that my order was being processed and reviewed and if I had any questions just contact them at support@clickdvdmedia.com, shippment should arrive in 10-14 business days.
I got the packages, opened them up and the first thing I noticed was the shipping label, it was in Chinese. Then I noticed that these cases weren't wrapped in any shrink wrap or clear material. Strange carrying cases also .. Played the first disc and it blew me off the chair. I see the TV Land logo on the lower right hand corner of the screen, and the picture was terrible, and kept skipping a lot .... tried a newer player and the same thing. I went through a few more .. either they didn't want to play or they skipped and froze on the screen. Now mind you Manix was on for a few years .... how where all of these episodes to appear on 46 disc's? JAG is even more screwed up, three cases and they have USA Network logo in the lower right hand, there are about six dvd's that won't even play .... 6 episodes per disc .... you can't pick a particular episode to watch ... if I can get ti started they'll paly one after another.
I noticed as of this morning (12/21) there web-site wasn't coming in for me, I have tried to contact them and find out what kind of garbage are they selling.Illegal copies of these programs! I am more than likely out 155 bucks, but I want the world to know what is going on with this scam, I did trace the phone number 1-647-722-9393 and it comes up as a land line in Toronto.
This really sucks people, there are even a few duplicates in the case I found out. I hope some legal action can be taken some how against these people. These where to be Christmas gifts for my Mom on top of it all.
