Ordered 2 Garmin Nuvi 660s at fantastic price by phone. Salesman Steve King offered me map updates for 2009 and 2010 for $50 for each unit. I accepted the offer and was billed accordingly.

When the units arrived they had been updated to 2009, but there was no information included about how to acquire the 2010 maps for which I had already paid.

I immediately tried calling the 800 number listed on their website. It was busy each time I tried to call !!? I've been calling daily for about 2 weeks. Still busy. I sent emails. None were answered.

I would advise not doing business with this company.
