Closeout Genius Upgrade Scammers, Products Not Available Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 760. The website looks very legitimate. The day after I placed the order, I received an email claiming I needed to "confirm" the order. This was strange, but perhaps explained why I had not received a confirmation email when the product was ordered. I called the number provided in the email. I was hung up on twice after reaching an agent and providing my confirmation number. Literally, he would say okay, then hang up on me. I finally got ahold of someone who would not hang up on me and he told me they were missing the month of my credit card. Weird, but I provided it. Then, he tried to sell me a bunch of map upgrades for really high prices. These are the upgrades Garmin provides for FREE. I declined. He then confimred my product would ship THAT SAME DAY. I paid extra for expedited shipping so this was important to me. He said it would arrive by Thursday or Friday at the latest. The next day I decided to call back to get a tracking number. The guy (sounded like the same one) told me the product was now on back order for 21 days. I told him what the guy said the day before and he said the inventory list was just updated. He told me they had sent me an email detailing the backordered status. I did not receive this email. He then told me if I "upgraded" perhaps they could find one to send to me sooner. I told him no way, please cancel. I received the cancellation email before I hung up with him.

Beware of this company...do NOT USE THEM EVER. It is a total scam.
