After entering an order including credit card data, I found that their 888-654-3648 phone number did not work.

The Las Vegas address they list, 1405 Vegas Valley Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89102, is a condominium project. A google search shows a lot of businesses in the project that list apartment or unit numbers ranging to the three hundreds. Their address does not show a unit number so it is ambiguous. They now have my credit card information and I have no way to reach them.

I did not get the normal email confirmation of an order. The 347 area code of their fax number is in Brooklyn or Queens NY. I just placed this order 36 hours ago so I do not yet know if they have charged my card. I do know that I do not have valid contact information for them.

Same thing happened to me

AUTHOR: Stuart_pidd - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 13, 2009

I tried to buy a camcorder and got the same results. The company in no way intends to sell the products at the prices listed on the website. I have already canceled my credit card to be safe. Out of curiosity I searched for similar scams and found several. One that bears striking resemblance is On Time Digital. Check out how similar their websites are:

https://www.ontimedigital.com/shop/login.asp?gotoloc=https://www.ontimedigital.com/shop/myaccount.asp

https://www.closeoutgenius.com/shop/login.asp?gotoloc=https://www.closeoutgenius.com/shop/myaccount.asp

I won't make the mistake of not checking Ripoff Report before buying again!

And Today "The Switch"

AUTHOR: Bob - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 05, 2009

Today I received an email from them, just as others have reported on this site and elsewhere, which asked me to call them to give them a verbal confirmation "for security reasons". The script went as others described. There was an attempt to sell accessories at inflated prices. When I declined he found a way to cancel the order. The in stock and three day shipping that was in the bait phase became on back order" and weeks for ground delivery in the switch phase. For "security reasons" I cancelled my credit card, and I will have to wait a week before a replacement arrives.

There are a number of camera seller names on the web that others believe are this same operation including several sites offering price comparisons and seller ratings. I hope that Rip-off Report is successful in reducing problems for people reading this information.

Absolutely untrue

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

I live in las vegas and purchased from them before several times. I have family leaving in new york, and asked them if they have different outlet locations and they do not. I have spend over $5,000 in the past several months and I am completely satisfied. I do not know where you are getting your source but i once again have had no problems.

Notify your Credit card company

AUTHOR: Baby Girl - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, January 04, 2009

If you haven't already, you should immediately call your Credit Card company and make them aware of the possibility of a charge. Cut them off before they can do any damage, just in case.
