I ordered merchandise for my son for Christmas three weeks before Christmas. These people charged my credit card the very next day.

As I am sure you have probably already surmised, I did not recieve the items before Christmas. It is now well into the month of January, and I still do not have my items. I have been paying interest on $160.00 for 6 weeks for merchandise i have never recieved.

As you may also suspect, conveniently, there is no phone number to contact these people who I strongly suspect are nothing more than low life thieves.

I have sent five e-mails (e-mail is the only way to contact them). I have heard nothing. I imagine they are enjoing quite a good laugh at my expense.

When I contacted my credit card company to have the charge reversed, the nice lady on the other end of the phone provided me with a contact phone number that showed up on the charge. I called that 1-800 number only to get a VOICE MAIL that suggested i go on line and get the e-mail address so that I could contact them that way. You KNOW they are laughing at me now...I'd laugh at myself if I weren't so @#%## mad.

I did reverse the charges and I hope they try to contact me. I think I will just refer them to a phoney e-mail address and ask them to register any complaints they might have about me via that e-mail.

Thanks for allowing me to vent. This has been a hard lesson to learn. Please, from one friendly consumer to another, PLEASE do not give your credit card number to these people.

I purchased over $100 worth of merchandise from this company prior to knowing of their history, however within 4 days I received all of my merchandise, and my credit card was charged the correct amount.

I will say their customer service email responses are lacking in tact, but all in all, I was pleased with the prices, and the rapid delivery.

I ordered $140.00 worth of merchandise from this company on the 4th, and received 5 of my 6 items yesterday. I had no idea this company had such a poor reputation until I "googled" them and came across this rip off report. I then searched the Better Business Bureau to find if they had complaints there, and of course they did. The BBB suggested I make them aware of my knowledge of the formal complaints, and if there is a further issue, I should contact them immediately.

I'm writing this report because I feel it's important for everyone to remember, because 5 out of millions of people did not receive their order, does not mean a company is not forthright in their efforts to conducting business. As a business owner myself, I know that sometimes things happen, circumstances beyond our control, and we need to take every step to correct the error if such an instance does occur.

I am awaiting my final (most expensive) item- I've recently submitted an inquiry as to when I should anticipate it, so I'll update this "rebuttal" when I have word- Or my final item. So far, so good however.
