I ordered the "free trial" for shipping and handling charges. BEFORE the 14 days were up they had charged my bankcard for a shipment sent without my authorization. I returned the original "free trial" along with the second shipment only to be sent ANOTHER 2 bottles and my card charged $88.00 I have called and sat on hold for 40 minutes one time and then paid my grandson to sit and listen for over an hour....NO ONE ever answers. I have yet to receive a refund or ANY communication from these people email or otherwise. The email address they give you tells you to CALL them. I have canceled my card and have filed fraud charges with my bank! Do not fall for this rip off. You can buy the same product (ingredients) at Walmart for 9.99!

ColonSmart Cleanser is not only unscrupulous, but, their product doesn't even work. They give the public a completely false claim as to what the outcome of their product will achieve. I tried to return my trial bottle within the 15 day period and also cancel any further orders. They started taking out money from my bank in less than 15 days of the trial. Sun Valley California

Colonsmart Cleanser Colonsmart is very smart, they found a way to rip people off. I have canceled twice and even did a stop payment they skipped one month and got me the next. I'm going to change bank accounts to get rid of them Sun Valley California
