ColonSMART Cleanser Charged me twice $90 a month after cancelling free trial and disputing first charged with credit card Internet

I signed up for a free trial of this product to try it. After about a week of using it, I realized it wasn't worth the $90 a month for two bottles, I thought that was a ripoff as it was since I had no noticeable difference in using the product.

So after about a week, I cancelled my free trial. A couple weeks later I get something in the mail. It's two bottles of the ColonSMART cleanser. Now, I KNOW I cancelled my free trial.

So, there must have been a mistake. I tried to contact them but inside there was no invoice or contact number. Just a piece of small paper that said thank you for your order. I went to their website and found a 1-888 contact number, I thought i'd give it a try.

This is all it said:

"To cancel your account press 1. For returns press 2. For customer service press 3. To sign up for a free ColonSMART trial, press 4"

I press 1, and it says "To cancel, please go to colonsmartcleanser.com/cancel. thank you" then back to the main menu. Well, i've already gone to an online website to cancel, so i'm not going there again. I press 2 and it says " for returns, please visit us at colonsmartcleanser.com/returns. thank you" Well, i had gone there and all it said was "No returns will be accepted for purchased products. I press 3 and it just directs me to colonsmartcleanser.com/contact which just shows the 888 number and an email.

I tried to email them to get a hold of someone, and they never emailed me back.

So next I disputed the $90 charge for a 30-day supply with my credit card. At that same time I went to the website and canceled myself from it AGAIN, just in case it didn't go through, because I didn't want to receive it again.

Now today, almost 2 months later, I get ANOTHER package of the colonsmart. I thought this was ridiculous.

ColonSMART is a Ripoff, product doesn't work, and is 10X more expensive than they should be.
