This Company sent my a packet with the understanding that it would help clear-up my credit, I payed $299.00 for crap. The "GIFT CERTIFICATE" for $1000.00 is a lie along with the rest of the packet. What burns me the most is I can't get a refund I agreed to a non-refundable fee of $299.00 on tape, but they also include a Terms and Conditions form that has a Right of Cancellation and Refund Policy.

I called to see how to get my refung and the guy said " by law we have to put that form in the packet but I can't get a refund because again I agree to the "non-refundable fee". I don't know what to do if there is anyone out there that can help PLEASE help. Thank you
