To Whom This May Concern,

Its one thing when a company offers you a card and you don't read the writting but its another when you read that writing decline there offer and they still take money out your bank account. All they tell you is what kind of card your getting and your limit along with some information about that card and then it asks you to fill some information out and I did that and a screen pops up and tells you you've been approved and after that they give you the terms and it asks you if you accept or decline. I pushed the decline button and the same people took 149.95 out of my account and because of this now my checks that I wrote to pay my bills are going to bounce thanks to this company ripping me off.

Yes I am currently still there, I need to pay my bills too. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know yes Chad you may have declined something, but what happened was, you entered your bank information on the site, by entering that information you authorized the 149.95 debit from that acct. and it is actually stated on the actual application that is filled out online, however after submitting that information there is another screen that pops up with an accept or decline option, actually when consumers decline it what they are declining are extra services for a 29.95 membership fee and a 19.95 reaccuring fee every month. So in all actuality this particular case was not a rip off because the screens were not properly read when informaiton was entered on them.

The only thing I can say for you internet consumers, is before you enter your personal information on a site, you need to read everything on the site to see what the information is used for.

Also just because I work there does not mean I agree with what the company is doing, this particular case is just misunderstanding the application before entering personal information, however the company does state that this will help to establish or re-establish your credit, but anything that is worth anything is on a sale on the web site and you have to pay it in full, you can't put it on the card.

My point is you can't est or re-est credit if you can't purchase anything. If it wouldn't be that way then I would pay 149.95 to help my credit, but when they sign you up for the program they do not tell you that 90% of what you want to buy you have to pay in full and you can't use the card for it. That is why I feel that they are a rip off too.
