US Bank supported USA Credit's fraudulent auto payments of $9.95 per month since October 2004, plus a one-time payment of $149.95 from a poor, elderly, non-English speaking lady's account. US Bank provided proofs from USA Credit that this lady approved the charges. The proofs are: incorrect last name, date of birth, address, invalid email (she doesn't speak English??).

US Bank settled for $2 million dollars with a federal judge on 9-22-00 for sharing its customers information with third parties for marketing purposes. Article can be found in California Dept of Justice web site: ag.ca.gov. The address provided was valid prior to 2001, so we concluded that US Bank may have shared this lady's info with USA Credit. I wonder if the other USA Credit complaints are related to US Bank???

Beware - read your bank statements!!

Details about USA Credit will be listed separately.
