CompuServe tech support is now worse than ever. When you call now you get someone in India that barely speaks English and is often abusive. Again, an AOL company lies about support and provides the worse! "CompuServe where we go for the bottom dollar in support!"

I feel sorry for the people in India having to do the job with such a language problem and such poor knowledge!
