Computer Learning Center Purchased course for $99. They stated that there was a clickbank order number in my receipt. There was nothing in receipt titled "clickbank order number. I called, emailed them 10 times; they fail to return my calls or emails. Working for almost 3 weeks with no pay. Ripoff Internet

I purchased the Data Entry Courses Part I and II on July 7, 2006 from the Computer Learning Center, email address: help@computerlearningctr.org or phone number 213-403-0156. My CLICKBANK PURCHASE RECEIPT# was JKQNPMF9 and I paid $99 for the courses.
I had purchased the course materials nearly three weeks ago and had an important question as to whether I was including the right order or code number in my entries. One needs to include this number in order to be paid by clickbank. I entered data, hoping that I was using the right number and working 3-4 hours/day for one week; however, I was accruing no earnings in my clickbank account.
I left numerous phone and email messages precisely defining my problem and politely asking for them to return my messages. They have failed to do so and when I've contacted their "computer learning center staff", the only thing that I get is an answering machine stating that "all staff are busy now and to leave a message so that someone can get back to you". No one has returned the numerous messages I've left.
So, I tried emailing them as an alternate approach, and after 4 emails over the last week, there is still no response. Therefore, I can only assume that this is just a not-so-clever derailment, so that they can appear like a legitimate training center, when in fact it is just a "ghost operation" with only an answering machine in someone's basement.
I would like to know if there are there REALLY staff on board or if it is just an attractive, luring website that promises gainful earnings and a helpful, supportive staff that will coach students and answer any questions they have in a timely 24 hour turn-around. I've left 10 messages and it's been nearly 3 weeks. Any help you might provide would be greatly appreciated.
