Consumer Tax Relief Consumer Tax Relief does not perform the services, NOT ONE, that they were paid for. Newport Beach California

On 09/16/2013 I paid for Consumer Tax Relief services to file previous taxes and negotiate my tax return. Since 01/2/2014 I still have not heard from them so started to email and call.... When I called, I was always transfered to someones voicemail. No emails have been returned nor any phone calls (01/17/2014).

I strongly believe this comapny is a scam and I surely hope to either get a service I paid for or a refund, but most of all I hope no one else falls for this company.
