CONSUMER TAX RELIEF IS A RIPOFF. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT HELP YOU. THEY NEVER CONTACT YOU TO KEEP YOU UP TO DATE ON THEIR PROGRESS WITH THE IRS. YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO CONTACT THEM. THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOUR BUSINESS AND AFTER YOU GIVE THEM MONEY THE SAID THEY DID NOT YOU THAT. WHEN I ASK THEM TO GET THE TAPE WHERE THEY TAPE MY INITIAL CONVERSATION THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ME.
