Consumer Tax Relief Their rep said he would put a program for my tax problem. When i got to the case worker two weeks later, she didn't have a clue what i was talking about. I later found that this program never existed. They said they would no a better job of doing my taxes than turbo tax, they didn't do any better. They charge my credit card $19.99 monthy without my approval. This company is a riffoff. Irvine California

This company is a ripoff. Their rep, told me he would put me under a program that best fit my IRS tax issue.  Two weeks later after i paid them, i finally got to speak to my case worker. She didn't have a clue what program i was talking about. The rep also said they could do a better job of preparing my taxes than me using Turbo tax.  Thewy didn't do any better than what i did to prepare my taxes.  They also started taking out $19.99 a month from my credit card, their rep said i signed an agrrement giving them permission.  When i looked at the agreement, it was not on it. Don't trust these people.  They will tell you what you want to hear to get your money.
