I learn about Consumer Tax Relief services on a local radio station in Los Angeles but to my surprise a firm called me from New York. I couldn't afford the $2,500 in one payment so a payment plan was created. CTR used auto payment method and at times before my check was direct deposited they were collecting their payment.I was promise they would deal with IRS and take care of everything. Months had passed and about the last two payment the IRS has put an levy on my Bank account . I was confused that this was happening when CTR was being paid to take care of these matters. The Levy was reverse except for the fees and to date they still haven't done what was promise.

Since the beginning of 2014 ,I tried to contact them either the number was a non working number or a voice mail. Finally ,I was able to speak with someone only to find out my file was incomplete and some documents were needed.  I gave them the documents and the documents were sitting in my file for six months. I recently called CRS about an update because the IRS contact me about payments.CTR responed to me as if they were a shady cars salemen and a pathetic gum popping waitress trying to ensure me they will bring my account up todate. The Los Angeles and Florida branches were closed ,God only knows why? Consumer Tax Relief took my money and gave no services as promised.  I thought this was America and Bad business has no right to do bussiness in this country. I still has the back taxes and I know I will have to pay .I was just looking for some relief due to I'm not working due to an accident.I belive in prayer and Consumer Tax Relief will have to answer to a higher authority.
