Covershield, California sorry customer service & products Los Angeles California

I purchased a bench truck seat cover on 8/3/13 for my husband... We paid $14.95 on Ebay with a LifeTimeWarranty! Sounds great!!!  Wrong!!!  The seatcover ripped and developed holes... I contacted Covershield on June 4, 2014... I was offered a reshipment or a refund... I requested a reshipment and was sent a UPS tracking number (June 5, 2014)... UPS Site STILL says that the package has been created, but not picked up (Today is June 17, 2014)... I called and spoke to Customer Service, the lady I spoke with was very nice, she informed me I would have to pay $11.00 for shipping.. I told her I had not been told that in any communication with the company, and she was unable to help me, so I requested a supervisor...  I was connected with Tyrone the Customer Service Manager... he was extremely rude, and said he WOULD NOT send out a replacement if I did not pay the $11.00, so I requested a refund as I was offered a choice... and he said he WOULD NOT REFUND my money because the purchase had been made last year (it has not been a full calander year yet)... He was so rude & when I told him he was, he was practically yelling at me... he said he did not seehow he was being rude!  Not only rude, but very unaccomadating!! Don't buy from them!!! Lifetime warrany or not!  It does no good!
