cricket cell phone virgin mobil Bought service and its still not activated Internet

I bought servive through Cricket mobile cell phone service and it is still not activated. I bought the service at 1.00pm eastern time and they said to give it one hour, needless to say i called back at 3.00pm and they said 8 hours , I called again after 8hrs and now they are saying it will be activated in 10hrs. it is still not activated and when you call their customer service is in india of course, so they jus keep adding the hours on to activtivate it. I recommend that this cell service company be abolished and put out of buisness as they are just ripping people off. I am frustrated and going back tomorrow to the company that I got it from and pray I can get my 300.00 Hundred dollars back.I would like to imform the public to seriously  research this company before using it
