I purchased a ring from this company. First the ring was not delivered in the time specified by their website. Second when I received the ring it was NOTHING like what I ordered. The pictures they use on their website are quite deceiving. What you see is not what you get. Their website pictures make you believe you are purchasing a quality piece of jewelry when in fact what is delivered is junk. The ring I purchased showed a thicker band of gold than the one I received. Their website also stated that there was 1.0tcw of cubic zirconia pave set on the band, what I received was a ring with what appears to be less than 0.10tcw of pave cubic zirconia.

I was quite disapointed to say the least when I received this ring. I called and received a authorization code to return the ring, yet when the post office attempted to deliver it back to them they refused the package. I called and asked why they were refusing the package and was told it was because I didn't have the authorization code written on the envelope like it said on their return policy. Needless to say my package sat at the post office in Los Angeles for several days before being returned to me. By this time my 10 day return window to get my money back had passed. When I received the package back I looked to see if it said anything about writing the authorization code on the envelope. IT DID NOT.

I am needless to say extremely angry!! I have e-mailed and called and left a message on their customer service line and yet no one returns my email or phone call. According to their return policy they will call back or e-mail within 8 hours (THATS A JOKE)
As far as I am concerned this company is running nothing more than an internet scam.
