Coming from the computer industry and owned retail computer stores, many people ask my recommendations for purchasing PC's. Five years ago after doing a lot a research and buying my son a gaming PC from Cyberpower I started recommending them. Everyone was very happy until about 18 months ago. One of my computers had blue screen problems. After trouble shooting by phone i sent the comptuer in for warranty repair. There solution  was to reformat the hard drive. It came back with teh same problem. I had to spend hours amd figured out it was meomry that they finaly agrteed to replace. Fast foward to this November. i bought  2 $1000 + dual monitor gaming computers for busienss use.  One is DOA, ran 30 minutes before dying,  the other died after 4 days. Evem with a DOA they say the best the can do is 2 weeks. The second compter took 3 weeks and they reformated the hard drive when i expecilted stated do not without calling. I tried and tried to talk with a supevisor or manager. they tell you you must email but these emails are not answered. This Decmeber a friends laptop died with 3 weeks remainign inthe 1 year warranty. They kept on saying a RMA number is coming but did not give them 1 until a few  weeks after the warranty expied. When they got the machine the called for a credit card authorization. While they acknoledged proof that the RMA was request 3 weeks befoe the warranty expired they said the warranty is expired now so you have to pay.
