I received the first e-mail on 8-14-2009. After reading through some of the reports it seemed secure and something that was going to be easy. There was a money back guarentee, so I went ahead and joined. Started with $7.95 That I agreed to pay. the money back guarentee stated that if I didn't start making money within 24 hours nothing would be charged to my account.

So I continued to registure then I realized there was going to be more hiddne charges.  of $197.00 then more monthly fees.

I did not continue with my registration and cancelled my membership that very same day. I e-mailed them and told them I did not want to be charged any more and did not want to a part of this.

I contacted them as soon as I sawthe $197.00 was withdrawn from my account I contacted my bank and they assisted me to talk to the company and got a cancellation number.

When I called them on 8-21-2009 they assured me that the refund will be returned to me within 3-5 working days. the number I called 1-877-546-8510.

I called them back on 8-27-2009 and was told that I need to e-mail them at help@datatmoneyonline.com and request a refund.

the e-mail that I received today states that they do not have to gvie me a refund due the to fact that I did not finish the registration process. I did explain in my first e-mail to them that I am cancelling my membership and do not wish to proceeds anyfurther.

I was under the impression that It was a money back guarentee.  I have requested them to send my refund because according to datamoneyonline it was clearly stated as a clause.

it was not clearly stated that they were going to take that money regardless of the guatentee that is was risk free.

Thank you
