In regards to DebtXS I have filed a complaint with the FTC and also my State Attorney General's office. First thing to do is call the attorney general of your state and make sure they have registered as credit service org. They did not in my state and therefore had no right to collect any money from us. I am as of now filling out the complaint form to send to the attorney general's office and will keep all updated on what happens from here.
