Debtxs Took my money and assured me they would help me get out of debt Addison Texas

I was in debt and wanted an option without filing bankruptcy. After surfing the debt programs online I chose Debtxs; the first person I spoke to assured me they could help me get out of debt within 2 years. I thought the monthly cost was high but was willing to pay the price to get out of the financial strain I was in. I signed the contract in 2005 and they began deducting $613 plus from my account. I was told NOT to pay any further bills and not to answer phone calls from creditors but to log the calls and fax it to them and they would take care of the rest. I did as I was instructed to do by these folks as they seemed to be the professionals here.
Bills came, calls came and I faxed and logged and even made phone calls to Debtxs only for them to assure me they recieved my faxes and offered no other information. I managed to pay off 1 credit card debt at a reduced amount only to later find out I had recieved the same offer at my home address that they recieved; I paid the card off.
By the end of 2005 I had a credit card company serve papers on me for the amount I owed them. Debtxs was no help. At that point I knew I was in major financial trouble and that they were ripping me off. I ended up filing bankruptcy and ended up having to file Ch.13 due to the new laws.
NO THANKS TO DEBTXS I AM SLOWLY PAYING ALL BILLS AND HAVE A HORRIBLE CREDIT SCORE. DEBTXS OFFERED ME NO REFUND
