I ordered and paid by check for merchandise. Never got the merchandise but my check was cashed. No answer from customer service but they will still answer the phone to take orders.

No reply to letter addressed to customer service describing the problem. Order was made August 14, 2002 and check was cashed and deposited to company on August 20 and as of this date no merchandise has been received.
