DermaFi Fraudulent advertising - unauthorized bank charges Ashtabula Ohio

Dermafi Anti-Aging Solution - special offer on internet stated NO STRINGS ATTACHED, no commitments, etc. Totally false avertising. Hidden in the Terms & Conditions was very contrary information. Offer stated the only cost involved was $4.95 for the shipping charges and "NO STRINGS ATTACHED."

However, the product arrived and my bank account was charged $89.31 over and above the $4.95 shipping fee. Plus I was charged $27 overdraft fee because this was an unexpected charge that caused me to be overdrawn at the bank.If you did not research the lengthy and obscure Terms & Consitions, you would not find and see that hidden there were contrary terms. They gave you 14 days to review the product before charging you an additional $89.31 which would continue monthly unless caught and cancelled by the customer.

 As soon as I noticed that I was getting overdraft fees in my email from my bank I went and looked! OMG! They not only charged me the $89, but the $27 over draft fees with each draft!!!  I was also charged 89.31+87.47 +34.90+44.92+ 9.90  I ended up being charged a total of $266.50 not including the $72.00 overdraft fees!   I have screwed out of a total $338.50!!! 

I called and talk to a young lady and explained to her that this was not what I had signed up for and demaned a refund of everything other than the 89$ that I know I would be charged for!  They only offered me 30% refund! A total of 61.86$ REALY!  I am so infurriated at this point I could scream!

I normally NEVER order anything online and when I did I get screwed!  OH! and Did I mention that when you go through there process of signing up they have hidden buttons!  and you cannot go backwards to exit out!  UGH!  

Very deceptive advertising. This company should be put out of business immediately for their deceptive practices. If a class action lawsuit develops, count me in.
