DermaFI Enhance Healthworks I paid shipping and handling for a free trial of their product and 14 days later was charged $89.31 showing as enhance healthworks. There was no mention of the free trial only being for 14 days and there was no information on the packing slip other than an 877# Ashtabula OH

I placed an order on 4/3 for a free trial of DermaFi and paid shipping and handling. No where on the site or on the packing slip papwork was there any information that I would be charged $89.31 after 14 days and auto enrolled into a monthly program.  

My account was charged $89.31 on the 4/17 it showed as enhanced healthworks in Little Rock Arkansas not as Dermafi in Ashtabula, OH which is what the website shows as their address.  

I called to request a refund on 4/18 as there was no indication about this process when I agreed to the free trial and all they would say is that it was past the 14 days and there are no refunds.

When I asked to speak to a manager they came back and said that they could only give me a 30% refund.   This company is a fraud and should be shut down for unethical business practices
