Diamond Candles Placed order weeks ago and I have not gotten a reply or any product. got system generated email that order is under review, but still no reply as to why.They sure had no problem taking my money. Internet

I was very excited when I heard about this product. I placed my order and forgot about it. i recently got an email saying my order is under review, but no reason why. The company already took the money out of my account. I recently have tried to contact them numerous times without any responce. I have not seen worse customer service. I ordered these candles for Mother's day, but I'm going to assume I wont get them by then.

I placed order on Dec 4th, they charged my credit card. Normally you receive an email giving status of an order but not here. So after 3 emails and a phone call message still not heard from anyone regarding my order. I will be disputing charge reversing Dec 10. 6 days. This scam will also be reported to state attorney general's office. My advice step up customer service or get out while you can!

I have been desiring a few of these diamond candles. However, I have been reading a lot of bad reviews on people not receiving their orders. This is making it a very hard decision for me to purchase. I surely do not want any funds from my account missing, and no merchandise delivered, or tickets lost. Diamond Candles, I realize it is difficult to open a new business, but these complaints are unacceptable.

This is Savannah again with Diamond Candles.
We would love the chance to help you, but we have yet to receive any information that could help us identify you or your order.If we have already been able to respond to you via your help ticket, please notify me here so I can mark this as resolved.
If we have yet to reply to you then simply grab the ticket number you were issued (it would have been sent in an auto email from us immediately after sending the email in) and let me know it.
We would really love to help you out and we definitely don't want someone thinking they are ignored. We have been super swamped lately due to Mother's Day orders so we are a bit behind in tickets, but are working on getting to everyone as soon as we can!!
Please, let me know any additional information so I can either help you, or resolve this issue.
