Diamond candles Internet

 I ordered two candles from diamond candles for gifts at Christmas. I received both candles in port condition. They look melted/dis colored/warped and there is a hole in one. I contacted diamond candles to resolve the issue and they stated it was natural and people look for these qualities in the candles. I advised that the candles I rec. do not fall into the same category and sent pictures. Once I sent pictures, I never received a response back and tomorrow is Christmas Eve. I have emailed them again to try and get a response and they have yet to respond. Now I have two candles that look terrible and I cannot provide as gifts and there is no resolution in sight. This is my first experience purchasing from diamond candles and due to the lack of service and resolution, I will not be doing business with them again. Order #4832183
