Mike Foster sold me an 80 ml roof and installed a 50 ml PVC roof. When confronted he lied about it and I had to call a representative of the company of the roof that he had so called sold me. The representative confirmed that indeed this was a 50 ml pvc roof and was not even the brand of roofing that I had paid for.
Stay away from this company as they are very deceptive and there sales techniques include making themselves sound better by discrediting all of there competitors. In retrospect it is obvious that there competitors are credible and that Diamond roofing and especially Mike Foster are nothing but liars and cheats.
I rate this company 0 stars out of 10 and give them a scumbag factor of 10.

We had no idea that this report was even submitted to this website. Our contracts state the thickness of material is to be used. The customer is required to sign this contract. Our roofing material comes in seven different thicknesses, and price is usually the driving force in regards to what thickness the customer chooses. We have no idea who this customer is. We have somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,000 customers who are extreamly satisfied with our service. We were never contacted, so we were not given the opportunity to correct this concern. We value all of our customers, and the fact that four years have lapsed without any leaks or problems clearly demonstrates that our installations are sound.
