Diet Max Weight Loss Nutra No Product; No Satisfaction; Just Charges! Hollywood, Florida

I subscribed via the internet to a free trial period for Maximum Burn xtreme, a weight loss product.  I received the initial shipment, expecting to pay only for shipping.  I cancelled within the 10 day trial period by phone.  I was assured no further shipments would be made.  Although no future shipments were received by me, I was charged for the "free" trial bottle ($87.47) plus shipping ($1.49 and $3.87) plus another $74.26 and $2.95, presumably for a second shipment which was never received.  I called the toll free number printed on my credit card statement for this company.  They deny having any record of my cancellation.  They said that I would have owed the $87.47 anyway since this was a free trial period NOT free product.  The customer service rep had such a thick accent I could barely understand her, plus she was clearly working from a script and would not stop so that I could explain my problem.  I finally asked to speak to her supervisor.  She refused and continued with the script, asking if I wanted to order more product.  I then insisted on being transferred to a supervisor--after more than 20 minutes, a "supervisor" answered, but to no avail.  She, too, was almost unintelligible and working from a script.  She said she could only give me a $20 credit toward more product and could not (would not) make any refund.  I asked to speak to her manager.  She told me to "hold"; after about 10 minutes, I realized she had hung up!  I've disputed these charges with my credit card company and only hope they can help me resolve this!
