The trial offer does not pop up terms and conditions, neither disclose you will be charged a web usage fee.  They send a receipt with no description of what was paid for, neither they send a receipt for all the additional money charges, including foreign transactions.  I spoke to a representative in their phone number, this guy's name is Bruce and he is agent no. 3 apologized for billing during the trial period and told me it will take the Billing Department 10-15 days to investigate.  He still tried to gave me an immediate $20 credit and a free month supply to which I refused.

I called my bank and all they can do is wait for the 10-15 day period they committed to but they also advised that Master Card allows vendors for 30 days to post credit back to the account.  The also advised that foreign transactions are 1% and I must be clear with them about expecting that to be credited.

I'd say notify the FBI since the bank couldn't trace this transaction.
