This company is very stupid and has ridiculous rules and regulations. I phoned to transfer mph one and Internet to a new address. They said it could only be done in 10 days but since the move was already over I would still have to pay during those 10 days, even tho I would not be getting service.
I then decided to leave this company but was told they would only disconnect a month away and I would have to pay for a extra month.....with no service. They would leave the phone, etc. connected in an empty appartment so any one could use it and make long distance calls on it.
The person on the phone was rude and would not listen to me at all.
Do not use this company....it is worth paying more to a company you can reach. It took me 3 days to reach someone to talk to. You leave your number and they phone you back.....4-5 hours later.
