Dobbs Tire and Auto Ethical? Sexism? or just plain LIARS? Overland, Missouri

*this is the exact e-mail I sent the Dobbs Corporate office, readers should get the gist of my complaint*

I took my mother's truck to the Dobbs in Overland on 5/14 for safety and emissions inspection. My mother called just before I left telling them I was coming and that I had her credit card. I dropped the vehicle off about 11:45am. I received the call that it had failed both at 2:45pm. The man on the phone said that as soon as the "mechanic" got in the vehicle the check engine light was on, then all the bearings needed to be replaced and that it was leaking from the seals. When my father took over the call the light didn't come on till the "mechanic" was pulling the truck into the garage. If you ask the manager and whoever the hell was at the counter they told us both the same thing, which is a lie. The engine light has NEVER, I repeat NEVER come on in that truck, we were told it was a coincidence, and that they see a lot of coincidences, well I bet they do :) Today, 5/16/11, the vehicle was taken to a real and honest mechanic where IT PASSED EMISSIONS!!! It did need a bearing replaced, ONE BEARING, NOT ALL! And NO SEALS WERE LEAKING. I don't know how the hell your company trains it's employees to lie or maybe it's that you all are sexist and saw that I was a woman with my mother's (who is also a woman) credit card and thought maybe a panic sale would boost their earnings, but I am letting you know right now you all picked the wrong b***h. I have contacted the papers and Fox 2 news, as well as writing about your company on rip off report and consumer reports. If that is your was of creating business then I hope you all burn in hell. I want to know what your company plans to do about this.
