Ordered the wrong sized wet end and wanted to replace it for the correct size. They wouldn't accept it. You can't even get them on the phone. Needless to say, their customer service is an absolute JOKE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM DPD POOLS!!!!!

I guess we at DPD Pools are a bit confused regarding your complaint. You claim you can not get anybody on the phone.

After personally answering your 2 emails to our company, and then literally seconds later speaking to you on the phone, after you called our toll free number, how can you morally claim you cant get a hold of anyone here?

We did in fact speak on February 12th 2009, as well as have several communications via email, one day before you made this complaint. So why a day later say you can not reach anyone here?

Your claim that you can't get a hold of anyone here is not only dishonest, but immoral.

You ordered a specialty part from our website. We list this item as "Non-returnable". We shipped you the correct item, as you ordered it and no mistake in shipping you the correct item, as you ordered it. The only mistake was the one that YOU made, not us in ordering the incorrect size.

We have tried to make ordering these parts very simple, including measurements for you to reference, pictures, and a good general description of the parts. If you were unsure about what you needed to order, you could have simply called us. We would have been more then happy to help you! Our 1-800 number is right on our website for such questions.

Being that we are reasonable people here at DPD Pools, we even issued you a return authorization for the part that we list as "non-returnable" complete with all the return information and the address to ship the part back to that YOU ordered incorrectly. As you are well aware this was sent to you via email on 2-12-09, 1 day before you generated this complaint.

I hope you feel good about this complaint, knowing that it is completely false, and pretty much the exact opposite of what actually occurred, as you do know.

Perhaps rather than being mad at us, you should look to yourself, as you made the mistake. Measuring the part as we suggest, I guess did not make sense to you. That would have eliminated the chance of ordering the wrong part.

I would like anyone who reads this to know we have helped this customer the best way that you can when someone acts unreasonably.

Craig, as we said to you on the phone, simply follow the instructions we emailed you to send the parts back, we will gladly refund you, less our costs for restocking & shipping.

However after your threats to myself, the screaming on the telephone, and the nasty manner in which you spoke to the young lady that runs our customer service department, I don't think we will be willing to assist you in obtaining the correct parts.

Common courtesy goes a long way, someday you may realize this.
