DPD Pools - pooldeals.com Looks like another ripoff by this company! New York New York

This company must be stopped, I placed an order for very expensive steps for my above ground pool over 10 days ago. Of course, the payment was processed immediately but the item is still sitting in pending status. There is no attempt to ship the item even though their website states 95% of items are shipped same day. Multiple daily attempts to contact the company via their webpage since no phone number is listed for them. No response to any emails sent to webpage.

Company also advertises they guarantee the lowest price and will match any price of the exact item, this is not true-especially since they never respond to your request to match the price.

FInally emailed Charlie Goss via email address located on someone else's ripoff report----THANKS IT WAS GREAT HELP! Charlie did respond to my email with the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen-there was no apology for any delay nor was there an explanation. He simply stated the item would ship within 7 days of the order-----WE ARE ALREADY PAST THAT>

Since reviewing everyone else's ripoff reports I am now very worried that I will never receive the item or it will be the wrong item or defective. This company must be stopped so they cannot continue to treat the American consumers this way. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General of NY and I will not hesitate to contact my credit card company to withdraw the payment if I do not receive satisfaction today!

Companies like this give everyone a bad name in the web industry and should be shut down. The Attorney General needs to investigate why this company advertises merchandise that he does not own or possess.
