I don't think I've ever dealt with a more unprofessional organization. Not
only have thay ripped me off, but they don't even have the nerve to
speak with me. I tried to get ahold DPD Pools and Mr Charlie Goss more
times than I can count. They(He) does not return phone calls, emails or
faxes. Unless of course they come from somewhere that matters to him (BBB)

Hey everyone,

Charlie did email me back today with a valid tracking number and my item is out for delivery from ups today. So he is trying. I got through to him by emailing him directly at charlie@pooldeals.com. Maybe he is not getting the other emails, so I would try his personal email.

If enough of us send complaints to the Attorney Generals office in NY, they might do something about it, credit card fraud, stealing and so on. He has to have a pattern to prove deception. So here is his info and how to get the complaint forms. They much be filled out and mailed in. They cannot be done on the internet, but you can download and print them from his website. I hope everyone does this so we can have his company shut down. Its people like him who give internet shopping a bad name.

Go to very bottom of page and click on contact us then click on office of the attorney general complaint forms then scroll down and click on internet-related complaints. Fill this form out print it and send it in. You should be able to get address from website.

I am doing this today, so maybe we can put a stop to this before he rips to many more people off.
