I placed a order for some shoes on Aug 1,2006
I used my credit card to pay for shoes for my son. I total was $75.00
It stated it would take 10 days to get the shoes.
After 1 month I have called them begging for my shoes or refund my credit card. I have e-mail the 30 times begging for my card to be refunded or my shoes.
I have not received any reply from them. I am a singe parent trying to care for my son. He had his heart set on these shoes,he worked all summer to save for them.and they ripped off
I live in town where people have a hard time making ends meet, and you have a company ripping poor people off.
I am sick about losing my money. If I knew I was going get ripped off like this, I would donated the $75.00 to Feed the children. Please can someone help me get the shoes or my money back. My credit was charged on August 3.2006

WELL IT HAS BEEN 1 YEAR LATER, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED SHOES OR A REFUND ON CARD. I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED BUT STILL UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE. HOW CAN THEY KEEP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND GET AWAY WITH IT.

I CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD. HAVE NOT SEEN A ANY CREDIT. I THINK ITS UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE MY CREDIT IS GIVEN. I TRUSTED YOU WOULD BE HONEST TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE RECEIVED THE CREDIT. OTHER THAN ME CALLING CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR OTHER NUMBERS GIVEN BY YOU. BY THE WAY, I WAS UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE AT THE E-MAIL AND PHONE NUMBER YOU HAD DOWN TO CALL. I AM SORRY FOR BEING A PAIN, BUT I AM SICK OF TRYING TO GET THIS PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS.

Hello,
First off in regards to no responses, that is just a total lie. We have just recently within about the last two weeks hired two aditional employees in order to better serve our customers. Our phone lines are answered in the order they are received, as we are very busy and have many many customers calling us, we can only handle so many people at one time. All e-mails are responded to as quickly as possible. If you sent an e-mail, you got a response, and you know it. I asume this is another exageration.
We had some overseas supplier problems where customers were not getting their merchandise, you obviously fall under this category and we do apologize.
Our records show that (because this was such a large problem and consumed so many customers over a large period of time) we issued refund to everyone who ordered from July 10th - August 28th, that was anyone who we did not have proof of delivery for. This was many people, and within my records i can see that you were one of these people.
Due to such problems, certain problems arose at our credit card processing bank, and because of this, our access was cut off to this bank and we no longer have the ability to issue credits. Because of this if you have still not received your refund by the end of this business week, we are advising that you contact SRSI directly at adminclient@srsi-ad.com, or contact your credit card bank. We do apologize but we have requested the refund to your account already, and their is nothing more we can do.
We apologize for this misunderstanding, and will work our hardest to work with you to find a solution.
