Drive Time - Ugly Duckling all they want is ur money!! Round Rock Texas

I am a customer of drive time at this time.When i bought my vehicle(2002 chevy tracker) after all was said we owed a little over 17,000 on it. well we really neded it because i was pregnant. we needed a bigger vehicle. we were not in good financial standard so drive time sounded really good. i liked how their payment plans were baisically every two weeks. sounds good huh?? well comes down to it we decided to get the vehicle but before we took it home we looked over the car and told them what was wrong with it. we saw that the door handle was not latched on right and the window was not on track. we asked them to fix it and they said they would keep it over night and fix it, they said we can pick it up the next day and it would be fixed. when we showed up to get it it wasnt done. we need the car then so it was our mistake that we took it as is. Gene, the guy that sold it to us told us that we have 90 days to bring it back in to get anything fixed if we needed to but we wernt able to because of time. well we blew by that and started to notice about a month later that the fan belt was not usable anymore because it was all worn out. well ok well replace that. dont have the money though but we will try. still hasnt been fixed. now its to the point that when we go up hill the vehicle slows down. now i dont know what it is but i didnt do it. the point is is that the longer i have it the more is wrong with it!!! another problem i have with them is that the continuously call me and my fiance about payments. we got behind a little when i had my baby but we let them know the situation. Michael said it was ok just get it to us when u can. it never stops though. we have baisically caught up except for two payments and they keep calling saying that we are 3 payments behing and that we need to come make another payment. i have full proof that we are not 3 payment behind and all they want is more. as marice, karen,michael, and christy said that we are approved for 2 deferments. it kinda sad when u feel obligated to do it just because they are harrasing u all the time and leaving threatining messages. i know from former employies there not allowed to do it but they do.

all i got to say is i would never refer anyone there and hope u wont either. i cant wait till its paid off so i can get rid of it!!!! peice of crap!!
