I called them twice, the first time I misunderstood that their $59 price was for the re-order setup, not for the one-time order - which I wanted. So I got frustrated and hung up. Then I went back to their website, and realized it would be about $80 for the one-time order, so I called them back, and placed an order. Placing the order was *very, very, very* painful, b/c you had to sit there and listen to all of their jabbering scripts of what else they wanted to sell you. The lady on the phone told me they're required to go through the list and try to sell you other stuff (the multi vitamins, etc).

Among other things, one of my beefs with these folks is that the phone # from which I called is a BLOCKED phone number, but they called me back at that number, the next day!!! First of all, how did they get my number? I didn't give it to them, I gave them a different number!!

Second, the reason I was now getting a call from THEM, is b/c apparently, everytime they receive a phone call, if an order didn't result from that phone call (like if someone calls and then just hangs up, or in my case, you get annoyed and hang up on them, then these folks keep calling you back!!!

So they call, saying they're calling me back, and I'm like 'For what? I already ordered.' Then I proceeded to give him my 'feedback' on the painful ordering process, and how they're all over the web on ripoffreport.com and infomercialscams.com. He didn't have much to say, pretty inept. I also asked him what the mailing address is if I need to return the product, and he gave me the customer service #. So I challenged him, 'So you don't even have their address for returns??' He was just like 'Um, er, We just return phone calls from calls we receive about dual action cleanse.'

Brilliant.

Dual Action Cleanse ripoff How did they get my blocked telephone number??!

Not only that, but when I was on the phone with them, giving them my 'feedback' on their company, I also mentioned that this TV ad was on a Christian TV station!! That's the only place I've ever seen the ad!! And so people are then calling them, expecting their company to be reputable!!
