DVDDONKEY I ordered DVD set for my parents, charged never received Nationwide

On 11/30/07 I ordered a complete set of Dean Martin Roast Set for my parents for Christmas. They say you will receive an email within 48 hours of placing an order. I waited a couple days and nothing was sent. I started calling, I called numerous times only once did I get someone on the line. She could bearly speak English. All the other times nothing, I emailed several times with no avail, I called my credit card company they charged my credit card on 12/1/07.

I received nothing as of 12/17/07, I cancelled my credit card and wrote a letter to security of my credit card to tell them that I never received what I ordered and that this company is a scam.
