I was in a accident on 11/15/03 but was not at fault.
The person that hit me did not have insurance and i only had liablity.
My vehicle was towed and i thought it was going to the tow yard but i found out later that it went staight to the repair shop. I did not authorize driver to take the shop.
When i called the shop in about three days to ask how much it will take to repair. The shop said they would get back with me.
They finally came up with a price, $4200.00. That was more than the vehicles worth. So i wanted to take my vehicle and they told me i owed them $931.00 to remove my truck.
No repair, miscellaneous charges:$250.00, towing:$579.00, storage:$75.00, tax:$26.00 by 11/23/03
I think the tow truck an body shop are working together.

FOR ONE I DONT HAVE ANY CONTROL ON WHAT WRECKER DRIVERS CHARGE FOR TOWING CARS, FOR TWO I CHARGE 35.00 A DAY FOR STORAGE AND CUST STATS I HAD CAR FOR THREE DAYS IF THATS SO THEN IM STILL OWED 30.00 SINCE I ONLY CHARGED YOU 75.00 FOR 3 DAYS STORAGE AND FOR THE MISC CHARGES THAT IS FOR THE SAFE KEEPING OF YOU VEHICLE WHEN ITS ON MY PROPERTY.ALSO I DID NOT CHARGE THE CUST FOR IMPOUND FEE EITHER, THAT I CAN CHARGE FOR.
EASTEX COLLISION REPAIR DOES BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY AND WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK 100% AND ALSO GIVE A LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON ALL REPAIRS FOR AS LONG AS THE CUST OWNS THE VEHICLE.THX YOU AND I HOPE THIS STRAIGTEN THINGS UP.
