They have employees standing on the street corners passing out coupons for a free pendant.  When you walk in the store, they show you the "free pendant" but when they give you your pendant, it is half the size of the one on display.  When you point out the difference in size to them, they go STUPID.  After witnessing this, I would be afraid to make a purchase from them.  Buyers beware!

   So, not only did they not rip you off, they offered you something for free.   And your complaint is that the free pendant is not good enough?   Wow.
