eGlobalwireless MISREPRESENTS PRODUCTS AS WELL AS POLICY. RIP OFF!! DON'T TO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER!! Coconut Creek, Florida

I purchased a tablet from this company.. 7" Android 2.2 WIFI Touch Screen Tablet with Camera. Upon receiving the item I plugged the unit in to charge as directed. After charging the unit for the specified time. at least 4 hours for a full charge I now went to use my tablet. not even 45 minutes after charging as directed the battery drained down to nothing. I plugged the tablet back into the charger and continued to use the tablet while it was on and in use. WHICH THE DIRECTIONS SAY YOU CAN DO. and while connected heard a terrible buzzing sound while charging.. so I shut down the tablet and let it charge in the off position.. again after the directed charging time and a full battery I again proceeded to use my tablet. again within 45 minutes after using drained battery and also noticed that the text whether sent out or received was almost ineligible when it reached the bottom of the text.. it almost completely faded out. I phoned eGlobalWireless explained the problems and they sent me an authorization to return the tablet AT MY EXPENSE.. THE SHIPPING WAS FREE WHEN I ORDERED IT and they would send me a replacement. I MADE IT A POINT to be sure the replacement was BRAND NEW and NOT REFURBISHED.... at which time I WAS ASSURED IT WAS A BRAND NEW ONE..THEY DO NOT SELL REFURBISHED UNITS!!! Upon receiving the replacement tablet and opened the box I was sent an UNWRAPPED ADAPTER. WITH ONE PRONG TO PLUG UNIT INTO WALL. ALSO QUITE CLEAR IT WAS NOT NEW.. since the wire going from the adapter  to the unit had been undone and just stuffed in the box. and to ADD INSULT TO INJURY the TABLET WOULD NOT TURN ON OR OFF. EVEN WITH THE SMALL CHARGE IT ARRIVES WITH!!  At that time upon inspecting the unit and the box it came in. IT WAS APPARENT THAT I WAS SENT A REFURBISHED DEFECTIVE TABLET! I have contacted the company again and they have sent another RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTORIZATION LABEL. TO USE TO RETURN AT MY EXPENSE AGAIN which I find TOTALLY LUDACRIST after THEY HAVE MISREPRESENTED the PRODUCTS THEY SELL as well as MISREPRESENTING THEIR 100% GUARANTEED POLICY. I am still waiting to get in touch with the company by phone to resolve this matter.. I ALSO BELEIVE THE REVIEWS THAT ARE POSTED RAVING ABOUT THIS PRODUCT  are FABRICATED. since NONE of them include a name...all are anonymous buyers. I BELEIVE a part of their SALES SCAM!!! I HOPE for their SAKE they MAKE GOOD ON THIS PURCHASE!! REPLACE with BRAND NEW UNIT. pay for the RETURN POTAGE since this is the SECOND time this item needs to be returned.. and if if i should request a refund.. I REFUSE TO PAY ANY RESTOCKING AND RETURN FEES.. WHEN THEY HAVE MISREPRESENTED  A PRODUCT AND THEIR POLICY. I will take further action if necessary.. HOW DARE THEY INSULT A CONSUMERS INTELLIGENCE AND COMMON SENSE!
